INGREDIENTS:
1 cup peanut butter and coconut cookies, crushed.
1/4 cup gluten free crispy rice cereal crushed
3/4 cup gluten free oat bran
2 T+ freeze dried unsweetened strawberries
1 cup peanut butter, melted
2 T strawberry jam
1/4 cup dairy free milk of your choice.
HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER STRAWBERRY BARS
1. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper sprayed with cooking oil and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies, crispy cereal, oat bran and freeze dried unsweetened strawberries.
3. In microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and add the strawberry jam. mix very well
4.Pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
(If mixture is too crumbly, add the dairy milk 1 tablespoon at a time.)
5. Pour the batter into the lined baking tray and refrigerate for at least 30 mins
6. Top with optional peanut butter frosting and cut into bars
